Q1. How much is postage within the UK?

A. Postage is £2.95 on all UK orders under £30.

Q2. What if I need to exchange an item for an alternative size/colour? Do I need to pay postage?

A. Divine Trash will pay for the exchanged item to be re-sent out again free of charge.

Q3. What happens if my order goes astray? Will I get a refund?

A. As most goods are despatched via a Royal Mail Tracked service or Special Delivery service they will require a signature. If the goods have not reached you within 15 working days we will investigate the delay and either send a replacement or refund your money.

Q4. What happens if I purchase something off the website and I notice it has gone in the sale a few days/weeks later?

A. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the business, there is nothing we can do. Sale items are very often reduced last-minute therefore we are unable to give the customer any notice of when this is likely to happen.

Q5. I have received an incorrect item? What now?

A. If an error such as this has occurred when processing the order we will liaise with the customer for a solution that suits both parties.

Q6. Can I have a refund even after the 14 days have expired?

A. In exceptional circumstances, this may happen but at the discretion of a manager.

Q7. What happens if my item is faulty but I don't realise until after the 14 day returns policy?

A. Please contact the Customer Services Department on [email protected] who will then be able to help. If the item is deemed as faulty then a full refund or replacement will be issued.

Q8. Can you please clarify delivery dates when placing an order via the Royal Mail Special Delivery option?

A. All orders placed before 4 pm using the Special Delivery option will arrive at their destination before 1 pm the next working day. This service is only applicable Monday to Thursday and NOT inclusive of Bank Holidays.

Q9. What happens if an item that I have ordered is out of stock?

A. If an item that you have ordered is unfortunately out of stock then we will contact you regards a replacement size/colour or offer a full refund. If you agree to this replacement being despatched and it is not suitable then the customer is responsible for paying the returns postage fee.

Q10. Do Divine Trash offer free returns on unsuitable items?

A. Divine Trash offers free returns on a discretionary basis. This is either because the item has been sent incorrectly, it is faulty or another reason that is deemed necessary.
